Elliniko Eatery – The Golden Pita Competition Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter
   The promoter is Elliniko Eatery, located in Adelaide, South Australia.

2. Eligibility
   Entry is open to South Australian residents aged 18 years and over. Employees of Elliniko Eatery and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

3. Competition Period
   The competition opens at [insert start date/time] and closes at [insert end date/time]. Entries received outside this period will not be eligible.

4. How to Enter
   To enter, customers must:

• Purchase a takeaway yiros from Elliniko Eatery during the competition period.

• Scan the QR code on their takeaway yiros packaging and submit their email address via the entry form.
  Each takeaway yiros purchase counts as one entry. Multiple entries are permitted.

1. Prize
   There is one (1) winner.
   The winner will receive one (1) traditional yiros each week for a year (52 weeks total).
   The prize is for traditional yiros only and must be redeemed in person as per Clause 11.
   The prize is not transferable, cannot be exchanged, and is not redeemable for cash.

2. Winner Selection and Announcement
   The winner will receive a Golden Ticket inside their takeaway yiros during the competition period.
   The winner will be announced on Elliniko Eatery’s Instagram Stories.
   The winner must visit the venue and present the original Golden Ticket to claim the prize.

3. Unclaimed Prize
   If the Golden Ticket is not presented within 14 days of the winner being announced, Elliniko Eatery reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select an alternative winner or cancel the prize.

4. Social Media
   While the competition is promoted on Instagram and Facebook, it is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Facebook in any way.

5. Privacy
   By entering, entrants agree to receive marketing communications from Elliniko Eatery. Personal details will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws and will not be shared with third parties. Entrants can unsubscribe at any time.

6. General
   Elliniko Eatery reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the competition at any time without notice.
   Participation in the competition constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

7. Prize Redemption
   The Golden Pita prize entitles the winner to one (1) traditional yiros per week for 52 consecutive weeks.

• The prize must be redeemed in person at Elliniko Eatery.

• Prize is for takeaway only and cannot be consumed on the premises as part of the prize redemption.

• Each weekly yiros must be redeemed within that week; unclaimed yiros cannot be carried over to future weeks.

• The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
